Coolant Tank
Coolant tank is completely pulled out to ensure thorough cleaning
Dirty coolant is pumped out using our high powered sump vacuum
All swarf, fines, and chips are removed
Oily residues are completely removed
Hard to reach areas are steam cleaned
Cleaner is added and circulated through the machine system
Cleaner is completely rinsed out
Coolant is re-charged or replaced
Machine cleaning + Inspection
After the coolant tank has been completely cleaned and decontaminated, our technicians perform a comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the entire machine.
Chip conveyor is pulled out and cleaned with industrial vacuum
Way covers are pulled back and cleaned
Fans are cleaned and inspected for function
Top of all motors are cleaned
Hydraulic components are cleaned and inspected for damage
High pressure systems are cleaned and inspected for damage
Filters are cleaned and inspected for damage
Floor area around the machine is cleaned
Entire machine is checked for leaks (repair is optional)
